Route

The total length of the Rally was 500 km, split into 305km of transport and over 160km of competitive sections. The Rally had a total of 10 Competitive Sections, i.e., at least one special stage for every 50km of the route. The transport sections are public roads that take the cars from one competitive section to another. Competitors must strictly observe traffic rules throughout the transport sections.

The Rally had 2 legs, one each on Day 1 & 2. While Leg 1 had 70.5% tarmac and 29.5% dirt stretches, Day 2 took the cars over 29.7% of tarmac and 70.3% of dirt sections. It is the competitive section that tests the grit of the drivers and determines the final outcome. These skill-driving stages were held on thinly populated areas closed to other traffic. Participants were sent out at one-minute intervals and each competitive section is timed individually.
